This job requires working on-site at our Stafford, VA, dental office, but you will also visit other dentists in the Alexandria, Stafford, Woodbridge, and Federisbur areas.

No experience is necessary, but being self-driven, goal-oriented, and a quick learner is essential.

• You must have basic handson skills in arts and crafts.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace is necessary.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule based upon the business needs, which could include evenings and weekends

Duties will include, but are not restrictive to:

Marketing Planning:

• Develop quarterly marketing plan in concert with the managing team, in compliance with corporate standards
• Complete all marketing reports in a timely manner
• Lead internal marketing meetings
• Work in Marketing and sales strategy in the dental field, making reports in MS Excel
• Creating content for our social media platforms and website.
• Represent our brand at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and marketing efforts.

Sales Process:

• Engage with potential customers and educate them on our products and services.
• Manage all inquiries personally when onsite.
• Create a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and answering questions.
• Provide staff training for Inquiry Handling by phone and in person according to business guidelines.
• Provide customer service training to all staff
• Promote all appropriate sales enhancements
• Collaborate with the managing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Generate required reports related to marketing activity by using a tracking system.

Lead Management, Tracking and Follow-Up:

• Manage the leads ( phone calls, followups, reports, etc )
• Use a lead management system to document all contacts with prospects
• Ensure timely responses within one business day or by the close of business.
• Identify needs, barriers, and next steps for each inquiry.

Referral Development:

• Conduct and follow up on external marketing calls.
• Visit referring dentists in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Woodbridge, and Alexandria areas. Having reliable transportation is essential.
• Promote meetings between the referring dentists and our doctor.
• Build relationships by networking with other dentists.
• Serve as educational spokesperson on dental health issues.
