IT Implementer / Cloud Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

Your energy is needed here:

  • You independently and goal-orientedly administer and develop IT systems in the field of cloud services, including 2nd & 3rd level support for the following areas:
    • Azure Cloud Services
    • Azure Server Systems
    • M365 Online Services
  • You create scripts and interfaces for automation
  • You are responsible for the management of the email environment based on Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid), the Microsoft M365 environment (Sharepoint, Exchange Online, Teams), and the archiving systems
  • You coordinate and work with internal and external service partners in the context of system support and ticket processing
