Cash Applications Specialist

Reports to:
_Pueblo Central Operations Leadership_**
Description: Position supports the operations.

This role is for a detailed oriented Cash Application Specialist who can ensure cash receipts are applied according to company policy and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

This role will work closely with project management, building services, finance, and accounting to reach operating company and enterprise-wide business goals.



Responsibilities include:


  • Serves as administrator for merchant services for the operating company.
  • Processes credit card payments for the operating company in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reports weekly cash payment analytics to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


  • High School diploma
  • Associate degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • 2+ years of business experience (construction receivable experience preferred)
  • Intermediate skills in Excel preferred
  • Must be able to pass a preplacement drug test and background screen.
