Description
Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills needed to work with customers both in person and on the phone for busy dealership.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Answer and direct incoming calls on a multiline switchboard with professional demeanor
- Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries
- Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
- Collate and file invoices using various methods
- Make outgoing phone calls to notify customers of Motor Vehicle work arrival
- Calculate the customer's bill and collect payments using the dealership's computer system
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
REQUIREMENTS:
- Superior verbal communication skills and ability to stay on task with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional Organizational Skills
- Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience
- Professional personal appearance and presentation
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
Shifts available include:
( Full time available upon request )
10:00AM-7:00PM, 4:00PM-8:00PM, Week day shifts
8:30AM-5:00PM Saturdays
Closed on Sundays
Scheduling done on a monthly basis
