    **Location:** Oregon, OR, US Washington, WA, US Utah, UT, US Colorado, CO, US **Travel** **Requirements:** * Required to have both sales and technical expertise in areas like in-building cellular, DAS, LAN, WLAN, and cabling.

    Relationships or experience working with Wireless Operators / Carriers

    Knowledge in some or all of the following: IP/MPLS/Network Services, Network Infrastructure, Passive Optical Networks, Fiber Optic Communications, Network Convergence, DAS, Wi-Fi and/or Wireless LAN

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and

    Strong sales and commercial background

    Ability to coach, prioritize and develop talent

    Ability to establish rapport, identify opportunities and influence a decision

    Strong problem-solving ability

    Strong financial analysis skills

    Ability to manage and lead employees and create team unity among remote workers

    Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

    Proven track record for successfully managing conflict

    Proven success in territory management

    Ability to analyze regions and territories

    Ability to target and prioritize key customers

    Excellent organizational skills
