Your Responsibilities

As the Assistant to the School Management (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in connecting the school management, our employees, and all guests/course participants, ensuring a smooth operation at our educational institution.

Contact person/representative of the school management

Organization and supervision of conferences/events

Minute-taking and documentation

Preparation and follow-up of meetings

Support in public relations

Administrative support and coordination of training/course planning

Preparatory accounting and invoice verification

Grant management - application, monitoring, disbursement, and documentation
