_ You and Your Job_

As an Analyst - Business Development & Controls you will be successful if you are someone who can execute the deliverable, but also be willing to ask questions, challenge, and raise ideas to enhance ways of working.

The person in this role will be supporting the overall team, Business Development and Controls, NA. A core function for the role will be to support the Know-your-Customer / Customer Due Diligence review processes.

However, this person will also support and contribute to global and local initiatives, projects and deliverables associated with various business lines (e.g., fund finance, swap dealer, broker-dealer), and business management.

Responsibilities:

Spend time on KYC / CDD reviews, which includes gathering information from Front Office and the clients, drafting memorandums, and discussing about client files with various stakeholders (local, global, senior leadership, etc.).
Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Controls, NA, to support and contribute on local and global initiatives, which will be associated with Capital Markets, Rabo Securities USA, Inc. (U.S. brokerdealer), swap dealer activities (Sales, Trading), Capital Call facilities (fund finance), and other business lines.
Lead projects and/or play key roles in deliverables, such as, but not limited to, conducting training sessions, manage a new product offering effort, and execute controls to mitigate inherent risks.

2+ years of related experience
