Summer Relief Doorman/Porter needed for summer relief to fill various shifts in a 74 unit Condominium located on East 59th street in NYC.
This position will be for the months of July and August.Applicant must be courteous and helpful to residents
Doorman duties will include:
- paying attention to the needs of residents as they enter/exit the building.
- keeping work area clean at all times (Sweeping, mopping lobby floors, wiping down desk and windows, sweeping in front of building etc).
- properly log in guests, packages, and visitors.
- making sure that all visitors are authorizes to enter.
- sometimes will require a double shift.
Previous experience working in building services a plus.
Porter work will include:
- vacuuming all carpets.
- collect trash and recycling and take out on the corresponding days.
- cleaning laundry room and all work areas in the basement.
- sweep/mop trash rooms on each floor.

From $21.57 per hour
