:Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication of progress to stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, management, clients, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and prioritize support requests.
- Identify problem areas and develop proactive solutions.
- Provide general support to the IT department.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.

- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer and network connectivity issues.
- Experience in software installation and laptop configuration.
- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, including handling updates and patching procedures.
- Ability to configure and share printers on a network.
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, FTP, SMTP, TCP/IP protocols.
- Skilled in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently with mínimal supervision.
