Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team.

As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments using the cash register
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or requests promptly
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Ensure the opening and closing tasks are maintained on a timely mannar

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Proficient in operating POS systems and cash registers
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including order taking, food delivery, and table bussing
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of orders and payments
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices
