About the Position:
The
Service Manager position in our Fairbanks, Alaska
branch is responsible for profitable and efficient operations for the
Fairbanks
Service Department annual sales and expenses.
You will review workload and identify and address potential problems, work with customers on quotes to resolve billing conflicts, be responsible for customer and employee satisfaction and profitability.
It will be your responsibility to ensure repairs and preps are complete, on time and on budget.You will need to have the ability to sell and market service machine rebuilds and flat rate sales.
Must be people oriented and service driven.
Must be safety conscious and follow the company safety policies.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
To be successful in this roll you need a valid driver's license, BA degree in business, minimum of 3-5 years industry experience in a dealer service department.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to communicate information and instructions to employees under your supervision.
Develop and maintain good working relations between departments within the organization.
Be able to develop and maintain superior customer satisfaction.
Flexible to changes in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of DBS system is a plus along with the ability to work in a typical, physical work environment, and the ability to use Microsoft Office products.
