    Discover your exciting roleA Cost Analyst Intern or Recent Graduate is responsible forassisting the Project Team in change management, financialanalysis and reporting functions necessary to establish bothcurrent costs and forecasting for projects.

    Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesAssists the Project team in financial analysis, budgetingand reporting for the project, including the preparation ofmonthly reportsAssists in preparing cost, time and labor estimates,equipment and material projections, and productivity trendreporting.

    Provides analysis on key operations to accuratelyforecast these costs to determine expected financialoutcomeAssists in the tracking project contingenciesAssists in the creation of the payment applications andunderstand its connection with the job cost report and keyindicatorsOther duties as assigned Show your expertisePursing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, orrelated field requiredAt least a 3.0 GPA preferredMust be at least in Junior year of collegePrior experience as an intern in a project team environmentpreferredStrong attention to detail and analytical skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint).Familiarity with construction drawings and specificationsis a plus.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
