Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective renters
- Assist in property sales and leasing activities
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing lease agreements and maintaining tenant records
- Manage customer relationships and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for property upkeep
- Support legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and administrative roles preferred
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Experience with CMMS software is advantageous
- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management
- Ability to negotiate effectively with contractors and service providers
Pay:
$ $23.56 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
