Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective renters
  • Assist in property sales and leasing activities
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing lease agreements and maintaining tenant records
  • Manage customer relationships and address inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for property upkeep
  • Support legal administrative tasks related to property management
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and administrative roles preferred
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
  • Experience with CMMS software is advantageous
  • Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with contractors and service providers

Pay:
$ $23.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
