- Provide follow-up consultation on solutions as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Analyze data at the customer-segment level, including comparison to plan-level benchmarks.
- Develop processes, write programs, and/or create databases using analytic tools to produce accurate and timely completion of analytic solutions.
- Partner with peers to establish, evaluate, and continually improve measurement methodologies while adhering to nationally accepted analytic and reporting standards.
- Interpret, communicate, and present results to customers in a consistent and easy-to-understand format that facilitates fact-based decision-making.
- Pursue expansion of current knowledge and skills to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field of study
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, and Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or health insurer industry
