    The Opportunity The Service Delivery Center comprises high-performing, US-based professionals who collaborate closely with our experienced experts to provide project-based assignments and managed services to our federal clients.

    The Service Delivery Center is an integral element of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). This role is project-specific and may have a defined duration.

    This position will initially be part of a team responsible for developing work products and deliverables supporting and documenting Army general equipment asset population and valuation methodology.

    Subsequently, this role will consistently support the Capital Equipment team's ongoing re-engagement and solution development. Your Key Responsibilities Everything you do will revolve around providing an outstanding experience for our clients.

    • Advanced Army supply and logistics system of record and data management skills
    • Advanced technical writing experience
    • Advanced analyzation skills
    • Advanced technical research skills, valuation experience, and data organization skills
    • Planning, implementing, and ensuring quality for large complex testing projects
    • Mentoring team members to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
    • Sharing knowledge and creating engagement tools and resources to enhance practice capabilities
    • Establishing client relationships across various levels and supporting sales efforts

      To qualify, you must have:
    • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of relevant work experience
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret-level clearance or higher
    • Experience in Army supply and logistics with an emphasis on Property, Plant and Equipment (PP&E) management and reporting.
    • Familiarity with DoD component supply/logistics systems and datasets related to systems such as: Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Public Logistics (PUB LOG), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Web Federal Logistic Information Systems (WebFLIS), and Global Support System-Army (GCSS-A)
    • Understanding of DoD policies, supply/logistics systems, and procedures
    • Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments
    • Willingness to travel up to 20%. Ideally, you should also have:
    • General comprehension of FIAR and GAAP compliance guidelines
    • Knowledge of financial statement audits and audit readiness services
    • Strong technical writing background in developing procedural instructions, standard operating procedures, lifecycle process flow charts, white papers, and internal controls development

What we provide We present a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that rewards you based on performance and acknowledges the value you bring to the organization. The salary range for this role across most US locations is $59,200 to $120,900. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the salary range is $71,000 to $137,300. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined by various factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location. Additionally, our Total Rewards package encompasses medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, as well as an array of paid time off options. Through our flexible vacation policy, you can determine your vacation time based on your personal needs. You will also have time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves as necessary to support your well-being.
