What to expect

At the Logistics Execution unit of K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH in Mount Blanchard, we are offering a 6-month student position with 20 hours/week starting as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Assisting with the planning and organization of rail, inland waterway, and truck transports
Supporting the maintenance and revision planning for the K+S wagon fleet
Preparing invoices with transport service providers
Maintaining and verifying billing-related data
Providing service-oriented coordination with internal interfaces in shipping, customer supply chain, and network planning
Collaborating with internal and external business partners both domestically and internationally

What you bring

Enrolled student in a business administration or economics program, preferably with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
A commercial apprenticeship, such as a freight forwarder, is advantageous but not required
Knowledge of SAP/TM and MS Office is desirable
High level of initiative and flexibility
Organizational skills, communication and teamwork abilities, and a structured work approach
Excellent German language skills required; good English language skills are desirable
