Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for a critical customer trust feature available on Amazon stores worldwide in Cream Ridge.

This feature allows shoppers to easily report issues on our product pages.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including diverse policy teams, to gather requirements and automate report handling.

You will also work with engineering to prioritize and launch new features.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the product roadmap for operational efficiency
  • Drafting and presenting BRDs and prioritization documents
  • Partnering with the Program team and other teams to identify and address policy and process gaps
  • Utilizing data to analyze trends and proactively address issues
  • Making complex enforcement decisions
  • Managing the relationship with tech and science teams for implementation
A typical day may involve prioritizing the product roadmap and proposing improvements to current processes.

The EU Trustworthy Shopping Experience team at Amazon is dedicated to building and maintaining customer trust.

This team works with authorities, merchants, brands, vendors, and customers to prevent risks and infringements in our product catalog, such as counterfeit and copyright violations.

This position is open to candidates in Munich, BY, DEU.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in ecommerce or online companies in fraud or risk control roles
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service to leadership and stakeholders
