Description
We are currently seeking a
Bilanzbuchhalter/Controller (m/w/d) for a client in
Ulm.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the main accounting, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Coordination and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Responsible for timely submission of VAT returns, ZM and other statistical reports
  • Point of contact for all matters related to auditors, tax advisors, banks, insurance companies, and authorities
  • Preparation of business evaluations such as business reviews, budgets, forecasts, and adhoc reporting, also for the parent company
  • Support departments with profitability calculations and rejection analyses
  • Ensure transparent cost and performance tracking and provide recommendations for action
  • Further development of controlling systems, support in operational and systematic implementation, and taking on independent project tasks

Qualifications:


  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and/or controlling or a comparable education with the abovementioned focuses
  • Professional experience in accounting and/or controlling, strong business understanding with a high level of IT affinity
  • Proven, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preferably very good knowledge of SAP R/
  • Enjoy discussing complex issues and developing solutions, and presenting them convincingly to colleagues and management
  • Ability to handle challenging situations constructively in the workplace, work in a solutionoriented and precise, reliable, independent, and proactive manner
