balanced and modern meals, affordable housing, psychological and social counseling, study financing, childcare, and a student cultural program.

The Student Housing Department supports students in their search for housing and provides a home for around 9,200 students in Berlin.

Our team of approximately 80 employees rents, manages, and builds housing in 31 properties.

As a property manager, you and your colleagues are service partners for students and contribute to the attractiveness of our housing.
