You will meet the Youth/Social Services department with a total of over 180 competent, nice, dedicated and reliable colleagues. The department manages a variety of major projects and measures that are actively being advanced.

You will become part of the team in the department, which currently consists of 12 teams, two departments and the department management, who will provide you with a good training and active support.

The team values flat hierarchies as well as transparent and appreciative communication.

We also place great importance on a trusting cooperation with our independent carriers and all other actors in the network of youth welfare in the district of Pinneberg, which we have been living for many years.
