To strengthen our team at our Heidingsfeld location, we are currently looking for a

ACCOUNTANT (m/f/d) - PAYROLL & SALARY

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent execution of monthly payroll and salary accounting
  • Ensuring correct application of tax and social security regulations
  • Handling of reporting and certification to authorities and health insurance companies
  • Processing of new hires and departures, as well as management of employee master data
  • Point of contact for employees regarding all payroll and salary related inquiries
  • Close collaboration with the financial accounting department and other relevant departments
  • Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial education, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll and salary accounting desired
  • Thorough knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Structured, careful and reliable work style, even with high workload
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and service-oriented thinking
  • Commitment, dedication and a strong understanding of numbers
