- Adapt to various roles within the store
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Respond to customer and coworker needs promptly
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of cannabis products
- Experience in cannabis or health industry preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Must be 21 years old or above
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Requires standing and occasional bending
- Ability to use office equipment
- Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
- Fast-paced retail environment
- Frequent interaction with patients and staff
- Varied work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
