Fleet Coordinator


POSITION:
Full Time Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM


BASIC FUNCTION:


Are you ready to take charge of our fleet and drive our organization towards success? As the Fleet Coordinator at Milestone, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Reporting to the Fleet and Purchasing DirectorManager, you'll oversee maintenance operations and provide essential driver training to our staff.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Vehicle Maintenance :Take the lead in maintaining Milestone vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
  • Driver Training: Develop and deliver ongoing training programs for all staff who operate Milestone vehicles or transport individuals.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to minimize risks and promote a secure work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and driver training activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Fleet and Purchasing Director to implement strategies for improving fleet operations.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues and concerns related to vehicle maintenance and driver performance in a timely and effective manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing fleet performance and efficiency through process improvements and technology upgrades.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum age of 1
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and/or fleet management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
