Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assitant Varsity Soccer Coach to join our team.
As an assistant Coach, you will teach and develop skills, foster teamwork, and promote a positive and inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels.
Duties:
- Plan and conduct practices, drills, and scrimmages
- Teach fundamental skills
- Develop game strategies and provide tactical guidance during games
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among players
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff
- Organize and coordinate team events, tournaments, and travel arrangements
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Soccer rules, techniques, and strategies
- Previous experience coaching or playing Volleyball at a competitive level
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Experience working with children or students in a coaching or mentoring role
