Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, un Analyste Performances des Applications et des Infrastructures pour une mission au sein du service "Refonte SI" avec minimum 4 ans d'expérience sur le périmètre « Test de Performance » .
Mission principale :
La mission est réalisée au sein du service "Refonte SI". Les activités de la mission sont :
Définir le catalogue de services permettant de couvrir un large panel des besoins et exigences des métiers MOA, MOE et production, clients du centre de service performances pour les lots de projets à venir.
Conseiller les projets sur les aspects liés aux tests de performance
Définir / Industrialiser le processus, référentiel documentaire et livrables nécessaires à la réalisation des tests de performance du projet refonte SI
Identifier les outils et moyens techniques nécessaires pour la réalisation des tests de performance
Participer à l'optimisation de l'infrastructure d'hébergement
Assister au cadrage et la construction de l'EDB de tests de performance avec les équipes projet
Préparer les environnements de tests
Analyser les mesures de performance et proposer des axes d'optimisation
Optimiser la gestion de moyens techniques et ressources mis à disposition du service
Optimiser les coûts et les budgets
Activités professionnelles :
Contrôle et reporting :
Assurer le suivi des engagements pris vis-à-vis des projets en maintenant une relation permanente avec les équipes projets et les équipes "Refonte SI",
Veiller au respect des procédures, des normes et méthodes du groupe,
Animer/Participer aux réunions périodiques (comité projet, réunion équipe,..),
Réaliser un feedback des activités hebdomadairement et les alertes immédiatement auprès du Responsable de l'équipe "Refonte SI".
Gestion :
Assurer le suivi de la bonne exécution des travaux et des contributions et veiller au respect des délais et charges annoncés au client,
Veiller à la diffusion de la culture de « satisfaction client » vis-à-vis des projets,
Assurer un suivi rapproché des demandes pouvant générer des impacts forts,
