As a
Service Assistant (m/f/d) at our renowned car dealership in
Frankfurt am Main, you will not only be part of a dynamic team, but also play a key role in providing excellent customer service.

This position is to be filled
directly and full-time (38.5 hours/week).


Your new responsibilities:


  • In this position, you will be responsible for professionally taking care of our customers
  • You will schedule appointments for consultation meetings, prepare orders for service advisors, and provide price information
  • You will also support your colleagues in the service department and be the point of contact for any questions regarding our product range
  • Lastly, you will take care of the replacement and rental car arrangements, explain invoices, and inform customers about financial services

What you bring to the table:

  • Commercial education, preferably as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d), but not a must
  • First professional experience as a service assistant or in customer service
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Strong communication skills, high service orientation, and a positive attitude and demeanor
