Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Prepare and serve a variety of deli items such as sandwiches, salads, and hot foods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the freshness and quality of products
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and inquiries
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products to increase sales revenue
  • Assist in restocking deli items and monitoring inventory levels

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of sanitation practices in a food service setting
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations
  • Experience in food preparation techniques
  • Ability to upsell products effectively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
  • Willingness to learn and help team members as needed
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Culinary background is a plus
