We offer modern services for the operation of these systems and the associated properties.


To support our team, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our B2B division in Central Islip, NY.


Your responsibilities:

  • Consultation and sales in the B2B segment of our products
  • First point of contact for our business partners and the external sales team
  • Preparation of offers and followup
  • Followup of customer calls and appointments
  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Order management and general sales administration
  • Creation and maintenance of delivery schedules
  • Provision of forecast calculations
  • Participation in exciting projects

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or equivalent qualification
  • 12 years of experience in B2B sales is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and advanced knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  • MS Business Central and MS Dynamics preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and quick comprehension
  • Openminded and communicative personality with strong team spirit and customer orientation
  • Interest in a job that ensures the energy supply of tomorrow
  • Very good German and good English skills, additional foreign languages are a plus
