Overview:
This is a one year term position with the possibility of renewal contingent upon continued funding and satisfactory performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Data collection and data management throughout North America
  • Completing administrative paperwork (e.g., IRB documents)
  • Coordinating participant recruitment
  • Helping analyze, present and write up results in concert with more senior lab members

Qualifications:


Required:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least one year of molecular biology research experience (or a closely aligned field)
  • Willingness to learn new skills and enthusiastically take on new projects and responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, high level of selfmotivation, and ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and balance longterm goals with shortterm needs

Preferred:

  • Experience working with REDCap
  • Basic statistics training (e.g., ANOVA, ttests, use of SPSS and R)
  • Experience designing research studies and/or presenting research data
  • Experience coding in REDCap
