Responsibilities:

• Ensure market window and tour path are pristine for prospective residents
• Strive to achieve community occupancy while providing the utmost of customer service
• Market the community to increase walkin traffic
• Handle customer inquiries with clear communication skills and positive attitude while contributing to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model
• Assist the Leasing Director, Assistant Manager, and/or Resident Manager
• Engage current residents and future residents in community activities and events, have fun with it

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work and thrive in a friendly and competitive team environment in a businessprofessional atmosphere
• Ambitious and committed to customer satisfaction while upholding company policies
• Knowledge of sales, time management, and multitasking
• Basic to advanced administration skills and PC computer skills to complete office work when necessary

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
