• Basic technical support
• QA device deployments to ensure uniformity
• Handle intake and ticket creation for end users
• Assist support staff in information gathering and ticket correspondence
• Shipping and receiving for onboarding and offboarding equipment
• Maintain accurate physical inventory of assets
• Coordinate calendars to schedule and facilitate meetings for IT department staff.
• Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items as requested

• High school diploma with 2 years college or 2 years of working experience with Information Technology support and administration. An Associate's degree from an accredited College or University in the Information Technology field or relevant IT certifications are preferred.
• Experience in general business skills in modern office practices.
• Familiarity in IT terms and specifications or proficiency in IT terminology, knowledge, and support.

Note:
Additional skills or certifications related to technology support are a plus.


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
