- You have successfully completed a degree in building services engineering (TGA), building technology, facility management, or an equivalent qualification in the field of technical building equipment
- You know how to successfully involve external project partners and motivate your team
- You have several years of professional experience in object monitoring and consulting for building services systems, as well as managing complex construction projects
- You are familiar with BIM in the procurement process and on construction sites
- You possess strong communication skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- You have relevant knowledge and competencies in dealing with applicable technical regulations, legal regulations, and standards such as HOAI, VOB, and contract law
