You'll have the opportunity to test career choices without making a permanent commitment and connect with professionals and like-minded people in the fields that interest you most. Our goal is to make an internship at Amwins a structured work experience that relates directly to your career interests and development. It offers opportunities to plan, reflect and shape your career goals. By participating in a Summer 2024 Underwriting Internship for Amwins Special Risk Underwriters (SRU) at Amwins Charlotte , you will enhance the skills you are developing through your academic studies and gain valuable first-hand experience.     • Qualifications for an Internship at Amwins Required:
  • Enrolled at an accredited college or university
  • Pursuing a Business degree or a related program
  • Recommended GPA of 3.0 or above
    • Preferred:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Desired personal qualities include: resourceful, hard-working, goal-orientated, inquisitive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
