In the Clinic for Nephrology and Rheumatology, patients present themselves for diagnosis, therapy, and follow-up care for nephrological and rheumatological diseases.

In our rheumatology outpatient clinic, we care for 100 patients weekly, and in the nephrology outpatient clinic, we care for approximately 120 patients.


Your responsibilities:

  • Reception of patients and central registration (SAP)
  • Scheduling of examination appointments
  • Telephone management
  • Prescription issuance
  • Sending out doctor's letters
  • File management and archiving
  • Coordination of examination processes
  • Preparation of blood tests
  • Writing EKGs
  • Assisting with joint ultrasounds and punctures

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a medical assistant / medical office assistant
  • Experience in patient management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, ideally in the field of neph
