Your responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accounts in the automotive industry with passion and strategic foresight
Act as a partner and primary contact for fleet managers, ensuring agreed service levels are met in daily operations
Support projects and identify tailored solutions for fleet management and insurance needs
Analyze key performance indicators, derive necessary actions, and implement them independently
Monitor the market, build networks, and identify new customer potentials
Conduct all activities in the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiations
Independently calculate project costs and create proposals, including for tenders
Confidently present product and solution concepts
Actively build networks and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Develop a deep understanding of customers' business processes and support them with creative solutions

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales, ideally in the automotive industry
Analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to present complex topics in a target grouporiented manner
Professional appearance and effective communication at all levels of hierarchy
Strong customer orientation, tact, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and work remotely as a key account manager
Motivated, handson mentality and enjoyment of working independently in a dynamic team
Good team player and networker
