Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accounts in the automotive industry with passion and strategic foresight
- Act as a partner and primary contact for fleet managers, ensuring agreed service levels are met in daily operations
- Support projects and identify tailored solutions for fleet management and insurance needs
- Analyze key performance indicators, derive necessary actions, and implement them independently
- Monitor the market, build networks, and identify new customer potentials
- Conduct all activities in the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiations
- Independently calculate project costs and create proposals, including for tenders
- Confidently present product and solution concepts
- Actively build networks and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' business processes and support them with creative solutions
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales, ideally in the automotive industry
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to present complex topics in a target grouporiented manner
- Professional appearance and effective communication at all levels of hierarchy
- Strong customer orientation, tact, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and work remotely as a key account manager
- Motivated, handson mentality and enjoyment of working independently in a dynamic team
- Good team player and networker
