Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage room bookings inperson, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
  • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
  • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
  • Handle customer complaints as necessary
  • General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and uptodate

Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • Wellversed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
  • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
  • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Overnight shift

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Hotel management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Front desk: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • Spanish (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
