How you can contribute:

  • You are responsible for capturing all relevant data for complaints as orders in the ERP system
  • You analyze errors in electronic components and devices and assess the extent of damage based on the customer's report
  • You determine repair or replacement scopes and prepare cost estimates
  • You arrange for the procurement of necessary spare parts if necessary
  • You carry out repairs and assembly work according to instructions
  • You perform functional tests of repaired components and devices according to instructions

What we expect from you:

  • You have completed training in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or have a similar qualification
  • You ideally have experience in the repair field
  • You are characterized by quality and deadline awareness, flexibility, teamwork, communication skills, and a structured and results-oriented way of working
