Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) - Polk County, Florida


Are you a passionate and dedicated
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) looking for an exciting opportunity in Polk County, Florida? Look no further We are currently seeking experienced BCaBAs to join our team in the vibrant cities of Haines City and Auburndale.


Position Details:

Location: Polk County, Florida (primarily Haines City and Auburndale)
-
Work Settings: Both home-based and school-based cases
-
Polk County School Badge: Preference will be given to BCaBAs who possess a Polk County School Badge.
-
Contract Options: Choose between a
1099 contract or a
W2 contract based on your preference.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans and programs.
  • Complete skills assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and/or school staff.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training.

Qualifications:


  • Current BCaBA certification is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
