At The Skinny Pancake located in Burlington International Airport (BTV), we are on the lookout for both full-time and part-time cooks who share a passion for local food, teamwork, and contributing to the success of our three lively eateries. Your role as a cook involves various tasks such as crepe making, dishwashing, and food preparation to ensure seamless operations and happy customers.

Being part of our team comes with competitive pay including a base wage and a back-of-house revenue share split among staff (amount varies depending on business volume and shift). The base rate for this position ranges from $18 to $21 per hour with an average RevShare of $4 per hour. And remember, when we're operating at full capacity, your earnings go up!

Your qualifications:

Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check conducted by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Executing opening and closing duties
Ensuring a clean and safe workspace
Food preparation, cooking, crepe making, cleaning, and dishwashing
Efficiently managing multiple food orders
Adhering to recipes and portion control
Following sanitation protocols
General cleaning and restocking duties
Providing exceptional customer service
Balancing high-volume output with top-notch quality
Engaging in continuous training and growth opportunities
Collaborating effectively within a team environment
Adherence to TSA security protocols
