As assistant office manager with David Samuel Agency, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences.

By alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Base Pay of $18 to $20 per hour plus commission equals up to $30 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customerfocused, needsbased review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Ensure the office is wellmaintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Required: Property and Casualty License
  • Required: Experience in managing customer service
  • Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and listening.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
