From the Last Frontier to the Land of Lincoln, We (Andy and Dilan ) moved from Alaska in June of 2023 and opened up Arctic Wolf Alehouse in West Dundee, IL.

with a vision to embark our culinary experience to bring mouthwatering dishes and refreshing drinks. Our goal is to create a vibrant, relaxed, and welcoming atmoshpere for customers and our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and standards
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions using POS systems or cash registers
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a bartending role preferred
• Proficiency in mixing drinks and creating cocktails
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen procedures
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
