Location: Frankford (Neckar)

Your tasks:

  • Telephone support for new and existing customers
  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of customer loyalty
  • Telephone sales of products or services
  • Recording and processing of customer orders

Your profile:

  • Communication skills and sociability with a strong customer orientation
  • Friendly and polite manner as well as careful work
  • Flexibility and mental resilience
  • Negotiation skills in dealing with customers
  • Willingness to work shifts (depending on the specific job)
  • Good knowledge of German
