    About the Job Title:
    Pasta Bar Los Angeles is looking for a creative, outgoing, and professional Bartender/Sommelier to join their team. As part of a unique fine dining restaurant group, this role involves providing an intimate experience for guests with a focus on the pasta tasting menu.

    About the Company:
    Scratch Restaurants offer a distinctive dining experience, serving only 10 guests at a time. Their approach ensures genuine care and attention to each guest, creating memorable dining experiences.

    Responsibilities:
    - Host guests with genuine care and attention
    - Manage wine inventory, storage, and service
    - Communicate effectively with sommeliers and management
    - Enhance guest experience through exceptional service and menu knowledge
    - Represent the brand in the front of house
    - Assist in various restaurant tasks such as serving wine, bussing tables, and taking orders
    - Motivate and mentor staff's wine knowledge
    - Provide wine pairings for the tasting menu

    Requirements:
    - Experience with the POS system or similar
    - Basic wine and spirit knowledge
    - Excellent guest relations skills
    - Positive and upbeat attitude
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    - Team player with strong communication skills
    - Basic math skills
    - Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
    - Physical agility for prolonged standing and bending
