ft., 10-bedroom assisted living home offering 24-hour full-service care for our LLC is a small business in Phoenix, AZ.

We are professional and agile.

Residents receive physician-directed medications, 24-hour assistance and supervision, custom-designed care plans, laundry service, and personal hygiene care including bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming.

They also enjoy activities, meals and snacks—and all for one fixed, all-inclusive price.

Duties:

Companionship and conversation with residents. Communicate with residents in a friendly and congenial manner.
Personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing, assisting as needed with meals
Mobility assistance
Transfer residents from bed to chair, etc
Detect, correct and report unsafe conditions which may result in harm to a resident.
Work closely with licensed providers by collaborating in the care of residents and making appointments.
Maintain privacy, dignity, treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
Build relationships and trust with residents and families.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsible for meal preparation/cooking
Assist with medication supervision
Accurately chart and record information according to policy on approved medical record forms.
Direct residents' well being according to state and federal regulations to ensure appropriate and acceptable standards of care.
