Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant.
As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to us and help ensure smooth operations within the office and on the field.
Duties:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Conduct market research and assist in the preparation of marketing materials
- Assist in the coordination of property showings and open houses
- Maintain and update listings and marketing on various real estate websites and social media
- Have a flexible mindset and ability to roll with the ever changing duties of a realtor.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Salesoriented mindset with the ability to market properties effectively
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations is preferred
- Growth mindset, hunger to learn, flexibility, ability to change tasks quickly as priorities change for agents.

Pay:
$ $18.75 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week

Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Real Estate License (required)
