Employee Quality Assurance/Complaint Management (m/f/d)

Location: KnittlingenEmployment type(s): Shift, Full-timeWorking hours: Hours per week

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting quality and incoming goods inspections
  • Conducting incoming goods, outgoing goods, and inventory inspections in the area of components and pipes
  • Processing and recording complaints
  • Creating EMPBs, 8D reports, conformity declarations, and other documents
  • Blocking items/special releases in consultation with the QS team leader
  • Managing and monitoring the quarantine warehouse

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training
  • Ideally, knowledge of machining (turning/milling) or metalworking
  • Knowledge and experience in quality management and complaint handling in a production environment
  • Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
  • Good technical understanding
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is desirable
