Employee Quality Assurance/Complaint Management (m/f/d)
Location: KnittlingenEmployment type(s): Shift, Full-timeWorking hours: Hours per week
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting quality and incoming goods inspections
- Conducting incoming goods, outgoing goods, and inventory inspections in the area of components and pipes
- Processing and recording complaints
- Creating EMPBs, 8D reports, conformity declarations, and other documents
- Blocking items/special releases in consultation with the QS team leader
- Managing and monitoring the quarantine warehouse
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical vocational training
- Ideally, knowledge of machining (turning/milling) or metalworking
- Knowledge and experience in quality management and complaint handling in a production environment
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
- Good technical understanding
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is desirable
