Job Summary

The Mills Automotive Group is seeking qualified candidates to run body shops in North and South Carolina locations.

This is a full time, position with a competitive salary and total compensation package of between $100,000-$130,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operations of all body shop location including customer service, staff management, scheduling and production
Develop policies and procedures to ensure body shop locations operate efficiently and effectively while remaining compliant with applicable regulations
Establish and monitor body shop sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality goals
Train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service is delivered
Monitor and approve job orders, purchase orders, inventory, estimates, job completion times, and ensure accurate and timely job completion
Monitor body shop labor times and productivity measures
Approve expense reports and other financial information for each location
Completion of administrative tasks including reports, bills of materials, departmental updates, and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

8+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry, with 5+ years of management experience
Knowledge and experience in body shop maintenance operations, management, and customer service best practices
Ability to review established processes to ensure they are cost effective and efficient
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A valid driver's license in order to travel between locations
