Overnight Shifts hours), various nights throughout the week and weekend.


Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities
• Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents
• Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any other relevant information
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security officer or in a related field
• Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
• Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations
• Experience operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Ability to quickly assess situations, make sound decisions, and take appropriate action
• Excellent surveillance skills to effectively monitor premises and identify potential risks
