Who we are:
The association "aktiv im Leben mit Behinderung wartburgkreis e.

V." is a non-profit organization that has been providing help and support for people with disabilities and their families for 30 years.


It operates a therapeutic residential facility, an integrative daycare center, a day care center, the "Open Aid" service, and a counseling center, as well as a supplementary independent participation counseling.

The main office of the association is located in Eisenach and currently employs about 50 people in various areas. As support, we are looking for a trustworthy and kind-hearted individual to enrich our team.


What you will do with us:

  • Support the team in all matters
  • Maintenance and care of the entire technical system inside and outside the facility
  • Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas
  • Seasonal tasks such as removing leaves, cleaning and repairing furniture, snow removal and salting
  • Waste separation and disposal
  • Conducting mail distribution, errands, and transportation
  • Recording inventory levels
  • Driving service for residents of the facility

What convinces us:

  • Completed vocational training in a trade or also career changers with manual skills
  • Class B driver's license
  • Passenger transport license (can also be obtained through ALB)
