Job Description:

Versagile LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMP Exam Prep Trainer to join our team on a contract basis.

As a PMP Exam Prep Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to prepare individuals for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive PMP certification exam preparation courses in accordance with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and guidelines.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to facilitate effective learning.
• Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring that all participants receive the necessary support and guidance to succeed.
• Tailor course content and delivery methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of diverse audiences.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to participants on exam preparation strategies, study techniques, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, developments, and changes in the field of project management and PMP certification.
• Monitor participant progress and performance throughout the course, providing individualized feedback and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• PMP certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in project management.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality training and education programs, preferably in project management or related fields.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with participants at all levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions, as needed.

Compensation:
This is a contract role with compensation based on an agreed-upon hourly or project-based rate.
